我愛巴士が v.2.0 に

　台北でバスを利用する際に便利なMIDPアプリである"我愛巴士"がv.2.0にアップした。

　ダウンロードは、携帯電話から "mobile.5284.cm.tw" へアクセスするかこちら(※注意jadファイルへ直リン。jarファイルはこちら)から。起動するとこんな画面。

　一応、政府からの業務として作られているもの。

　メニューから幾つかの小旅行を選び詳細をみることができる。

　このアプリは台北で生活していないと使いこなせないと思う。何しろ経路が複雑でバスの行き先表示を見てもわからないことが多い。それに始点ー終点のどちらに向かっているのかもわからないので、数年生活している者(私だ!)も、普段乗らないバスでは間違えることも多い。

　興味のある旅行者の方々、くれぐれも時間の余裕のあるときに挑戦して欲しい(^^;。

　ちなみにバスマップ(PDF、英語)のリンクもお知らせしとく(※注意、直リン)。市内全体と中心部。見たらバスに挑戦するのを諦められるかもしれない(^^;。ちなみにコンビニ・書店で本が売っているので買った方がいい。というか無しでは無理だと思う。

台北の地図が更に詳細に... on E71

　土曜日に変わった夜、寝付かれずに E71 で Google Maps を起動して色々と調べていた。地図と航空写真を切り替えて場所を特定しようと苦闘してたら、地図が変わった。

　画面に次々と建物が現れたのだ(上の写真の右と左は全然違う)。今まで読み込んでいたキャッシュには建物がないので、スクロールしていくと地図がどんどん書き換わっていくのが愉快だった。

　で、そのままスクロールさせていったら、台北市と台北県の境で更新が終わった。建物データはあくまで台北市に限定されるようだ。

　建物データもまだまだデフォルメされたもの。これから精度が上がると期待したい。それにしてもわかりやすさが数十倍アップした感じ。航空写真に切り替える機会がぐっと減るはずだ。

私が放屁を使うわけ

　私が携帯電話上でtwitterのつぶやきを眺める時は、通常Nokiaの標準ブラウザを使っている。twitterの携帯端末用のページは使い勝手が悪いので、ここしばらくは放屁(Fun屁 - funp.org)を利用している。

　放屁(Fun屁 - funp.org)はdabrのソースを利用したサイトであるが、dabrより優れている点がある。それは画面を限りなくシンプルにできるのだ。見比べれば、貧弱なNokia E71の画面上の優位は明らかだ。

　まずはdabr。

　
そして、放屁(Fun屁)。

　どうだろう。小さいことだがかなりのアドバンテージではないか。

　恐らく日本人で(Fun屁)を利用しているのは限りなく少なく、私だけかもしれないが、つぶやきに"...from Fun屁"とあっても温かい目で見てください。

新台湾ドルの哀れさ...

　とあることが理由でskypeとの契約が成立したと同時にキャンセルして返金を受けることになった。契約の際に銀行送金を選んでみた(いろいろと試すのが好きなのだ)のが運の尽き。振り込みが有効にならず、契約が成立したのが振り込みして40日経った後、しかも何度もskypeのカスタマーサービスにねじ込んでの結果。

　そして、返金は30日経った今も行われていない。skypeの姿勢は基本的に放置なので、改めて苦情を申し入れた結果がこのメール...

...こちらに住んでいる以上ある程度のお金をこちらに置いている訳だが、他の通貨に変えておくことを真面目に考えようと思う、この頃(唉)。新台湾ドルなんて国内以外本当に通用しない通貨であると言うことを痛感。

追伸：skypeのサポートは日本人じゃないと思う(埒のあかないメールのやりとりが何度も発生したのだ)。組織が責任とる仕組みになってないので消耗することしきり。

台北市内バスの運行状況を知るのに...

　しばらく前から各バスにGPSと通信装置が搭載されて、比較的簡単に運行状況を知ることができた。今までは一部の路線のみ～この選択の根拠がわからなかった～だったが、この10月よりほぼすべての路線を網羅するようになったようだ。ようだ、と書いたのは、正直自分が利用するバス以外に興味がないから(^^;。

このように路線ごとに運行状況が確認できる。新たに追加された路線は"選擇四期路線->"から選ぶことができる。

　PCからならばこちら(http://www.e-bus.taipei.gov.tw/)だがアクセスすると、

という試験中の路線案内ページへのリンクが表示される。リンクは、

となる。デザインのひどさは相変わらずだが、便利になった。携帯電話からMIDPアプリ(iPhoneにもあるらしい)を利用したい場合は、端末から http://mobile.5284.com.tw へアクセスするとダウンロードできる。

　ちなみに四色のバス路線は、MRTとの接続バスという位置づけ。曰く、赤は淡水線、青は板南線、茶色は文湖線、そして緑色が南勢角線と接続する。ただし、これ以外のバスがMRTに接続しないか、というとそう言う訳でもなく私にははっきり言ってよくわからない(^^;。今でもよく間違えるし。

Google Maps Mobile が非常に便利な件

　近頃の Google Maps Mobile は非常に便利になったと思う。PCでデータを作成して、モバイル端末上でレイヤー表示、さらにはルート検索、ストリートビューで確認までできる。でも欲張って色々同時表示させると...

...何事もほどほどにってことだ(拡大表示すれば実用、念のため)。

うちの Tweets60...

　どうしてなのかわからないが、E71上にインストールした Tweets60 はずっと何も表示されない。"Refresh"を選択しても画面のように"やってる"振りのみ。

　一応、毎日きちんと立ち上げ～バックグラウンド動作にして「動作していない」ことを確認してる。なんだそれ。
